We’re celebrating reaching the one-year milestone since achieving B Corp certification, and to celebrate that we’ve published our B Corp Impact Report, highlighting the efforts we’ve made since our certification, and our upcoming ventures and goals to be an even better business for people and planet.

The report contains an overview of our three-year strategy that uses the B Corp assessment as a template to continually improve and shape our business, by ensuring that B Corp is incorporated into every aspect of our decision-making processes within the business.
Some of our goals include the implementation of a Menopause Policy, becoming an accredited Real Living Wage Employer, and the creation of a learning and development framework under the name ‘Edit Agency Academy’ to continually improve upon our Editor’s and Dotters’ skills and certifications.
We’re also increasing our efforts towards carbon neutrality (view our brilliant results so far in our Environmental Impact Report that we published in the summer), putting more energy into our local community via volunteering, and continuing to donate a percentage of our profits to charity.
